Here's how we're making Uni Support better
One of the best ways the alliance between Uniregistry and GoDaddy will change things is improving our Customer Support. A simple bridge between Uniregistry Support and GoDaddy Care will mean far higher support capacity, shorter wait times, overall better quality support, and eventually, 24/7 access.
This bridge is nearly finished. Starting on October 13th, 2020, Uni support tickets will use the GoDaddy support system. You will still be able to use help@uniregistry․com, and replies will now come from uniregistryhelp@godaddy․com. Our phone numbers remain unchanged & ready for your calls, and the same Uniregistry Support Team you know is ready to provide the support you’ve come to expect.
