Building off Jeffrey M. Gabriel's post, To Price or Not to Price Your Domain. One of the tools I regularly use when I am at home or on the go is the Uni App.
This is not an advertisement, I am a regular user who gets value from it daily.
I can quickly log into the app. Click Market (bottom right corner) then Inbox and I am presented with all of the price requests and offers that have come in since the last time I had a look. I have push notifications turned on so I can tell if there is anything juicy in there or if there are things that can wait for later.
Instead of looking at Instagram or Facebook—which I still find time to do—I can spend 5-10 minutes here and there and keep our brokers up to date with their work. They know what they need to do and how they have to get there.
I have to admit, the App has its limitations. Some leads, questions, or situations require my laptop. I leave those until I have time to take care of those properly. You can check necessary information like the number of inquiries, other offers you have received, you can Google the keyword(s), and check the parking stats.
As I said before, it’s better to deliver a high price than no price at all or one that takes days for the broker to receive.
